Norad, the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, and the Department of Informatics has signed an agreement formalizing the longterm cooperation within the Hisp network.

To help setup DHIS2 on a national level, Jørn Braa and Edem Kossi recently visited Gambia. Weeks later, they have setup district instances of the application themselves and training has started.
